Vermaleen scoops Player Of The Month Twice Consective

Its good to hear words from the skipper, meaning he should be available for weekend's birmingham clash, after his urgent flight home. Fabregas ,(whom is reportedly being targetted by Man City, R. Madrid & Barca,) spoke about he's love for vermaleen's play on the field. He also talked about the defender style which adds depth to the midfield.
As we always have players linked to us everyday. Today's links are no surprise. Firstly, Branded 'New Messi', Jovetic has been linked to european top clubs(you can't exclude us) including Arsenal. He scored 2 goals against Liverpool. The young Fiorentina player has 8 international goals out of 12 apperances. His agent, Vlado Borozan has claimed his client is of same worth as Eden Dzeko.
Arsenal have reportedly joined the race for levekusen's Stefan Kiessling, After his impressive 6 goals in just 8 matches this season for club.He has also being linked to milan, juventus
In transfer news on our players, Man city are in a dreamland thinking the can get Fabregas out of Arsenal.Wenger would seem hopeless should he allow such a deal.Even Cesc would prefer a trip back home instead
Reports in spain claim Merida has signed for Athletico Madrid, However the player has come out to dismiss such rumour. He however said he is considering his options after being served with a 5 year contract by arsenal, with his present contract to end by May.Did I also tell you, he is being linked to Sevilla too?
Congrats to another individual whom's contract is also to end by May.Rosicky has signed a new Puma deal(how i wish it was an arsenal). This will see the athlete wear Puma's v1.10 boots also worn by Eto'o and Anelka.
Vermaleen has being consectively named as Arsenal E.A sport player for of the month after some superb performances in which he scored 4 more goals and 2 clean sheets making him the Arsenal's highest goalscorer presently.
Nasri has said he is looking at coming back against West Ham. He is obviously a player that will prove important. His ability is wide,he can defend and attack. He will also bring more competition to the side.I hope to see him back to fitness, maybe it will act as a wakeup on Diaby's 'On and Off' performances
In the international scene. Rosicky should be in place to face N. Ireland, Arshavin would prove vital for Russia's Azerbijan game tonight, Senderos would be keen to prove he's consistent, while he stops Israel attackers, Vermaleen's skipper life continues against Estonia, Gallas, Clichy and Sagna in line to face Austria, Super-Finisher Vela also set for Trinidad & Tobago Showdown.
Catch me if you can (like the ginger bread man) tomorrow when i give you more news + international round-up.

A Lil Peep @ What The Papers Say

Good day Gooners across the world.Todays article might be a little short as theres not much happening.Cute Carlos has again proved himself. He's a player I hold in high regard, for his finishing.Although he has been linked with a january move to la liga's side xerez,I think all those are pure rumours. His performance with the other strikers is enough to conclude that arsenal is not in need of a striker. .Elsewhere, Rumours have it that Fabregas' Grandpa is seriously ill. This has led to our skippers exclusion from the catalan's next game.He has also been linked over the past few days to Madrid and Barcelona, With the latter also interested in Robinho.R Madrid, is also reportedly interested in our own Clichy. Best of luck to our players as they prepare for their next international game.Til Tomorrow

International Round Up Part 2

Armenia 1-2 Spain: Our skipper Cesc was on target with a lovely lob Switzerland 3-0 Luxemburg: Our own Senderous, was Verma-like after bagging a b race in his side's win. I believe his a better option than Silverstre France 5-0 Faroe Island:France obviously did their job this time. Ex gunner skipper Gallas was on target today

International RoundUp

Cameroon 3-0 Togo; Our Holding Midfilder Alex Song Was Influenctial in the putting down of our former Adebayor's Togo. One assist
Russia 0-1 Germany: Arshavin's side were put down by Ballack's side. He was arguably the most influenctial player on the pitch

Other news, seems like Van persie has been left out of the holland squad as he should soon be a father

International week and some few stuffs

Arsenal players across the world are to be locked down with their mind off the club for atleast one week, their main focus would be how to see their teams qualify for the world cup.Players like Gallas have a difficult task ahead of them with France in a very tight state of their group's qualification table.
While it is difficult for Gallas and his fellow french teammates, It is an easier task for Fabregas as his team as already booked a spot at the Mundial.Pearce, the U21 english coach also said Walcott could be ready for England's wednesday game against Belarus should Capello be ready to play him.Walcott was substituted after the U21 6-3 win over Macedonia, where he assisted Gibbs score 1 of his 2 goals.
In other news, Traore has been told to be patient for a 1st team chance. The ex-Pompy loanee has been eager to play in the first team but he seemingly still has some few things to learn to get his 1st team place

Another Day Another Link

Goodday,
You probably wouldn't be suprised that Arsenal can stay off being linked to French Players. It has been evident that our manager knows how to influence french players decisions in joining the club.Few of the examples are Henry, Gallas, Sagna, Silverstre, Pires etc. Today's papers link us to PSG Striker Guillaume Hoarau, 25. A player regarded as a Crouch+Benzema Hybrid(for his strength and finishing), He first came up at the 2007/08 season, when he notched up 28 goals in Ligue 2. He sinced then has moved to PSG. He is also present 2nd top scorer in the Ligue 1. He has been called to france squad but is yet to make his debut and is also rumoured to be trailed by Chelsea & Blackburn.
Hoyte has left the club for loan at Brighton, which looks like a good decision as i don't see him anywhere near the first team. He obviously can't match up with Gallas, Vermaleen, Senderos and even Silverstre who looks like the weakest. Also in the other news, Super-in-form Vermaleen has been handed the Belgium captainship. He obviously has the leadership quality which comes in place of Toure's own as well.So far, Toure's move to Man City is best for both parties.
Lastly, Fabregas, who is reportedly Real Madrid's priority for 2010, has expressed his love for the new formation(4-3-3).He claims even though he doesn't seem to touch the ball as often as he used to(during the 4-4-2), it makes him more dangerous. I personally like this formation, because it makes us more attacking, with the use of 3 strikers and 3 midfielders you will expect maximum creativity, especially when you consider our present bunch of players (Arshavin, Walcott, Nasri, Fabregas, Rosicky). These players might not be able to play together in the 4-4-2 formation. The 4-3-3 gives more room to play them simultaneously. I bet Arsenal fans have not yet seen the best of Arsenal this season. The best is coming in few weeks, with the recovery of Nasri, Walcott, & Rosicky.

Could The Rumour Be True?........................Not Sure

The transfer window has been closed since 2nd of september, yet we still have rumours linking us to different names across european.Particularly today we have 3 names linked. The first player linked is Ardan turan from galatasaray, a player which definately looks like an arsenal buy because of his age, he coincedentally is the captain of his present club. Secondly,, Yacine Brahami a french player has called out for wenger to sign also. although it is claimed that the top clubs in europe are interested in his ability, but he agents claims theres no formal offer.although he maintains his client is an arsene fan..Thirdly, Barca's long serving Puyol is reportedly on Arsene's radar, however Man City could snap him up in january. His contracts expires June. Then he will be free to talk to clubs, however I personally don't think any of this rumour would materialise,, due to the new English player registration rule.Wenger would be very careful signing foriegn players. However, good news as Nasir, Fabianski, Aluminia are to be back to action on Oct 17.I believe Nasir would add depth to the team.He is a quality player. Whether, he will be a regular starter , I'm not sure. With the likes of Arshavin, Nasir, Rosicky,Walcott, Fabregas. It makes it difficult for the manager. However it provides a solid bench that will change team.Vito mannone might step off, He has potential. He might not have the experience at some games.I hope the national break won't bring our players back injuried.
